Check for Lock Sign and Identity certificate: You can view the lock icon at the bottom right hand of the screen or at the beginning of the site address in the address bar. Remember Net banking UserID/password: If you intends to do online recharge via netbanking then you should remember the Net banking UserID/password. For safe practise, you should not write it down anywhere.

Check for transaction status: After completing the transaction, you should check the status of transaction. As it is an instant recharge, changes in balance are reflected immediately. Many banks offer the facility of receiving the status of transaction over the phone via SMS or by email at registered email address.

Keep Debit Card/ Credit Card at safe place: You should always keep your debit card or credit card at safe places.

Ensure Debit/credit card numbers are clearly visible: Consumers are required to enter debit/credit card number, expiration date and CV number located at the back of card for completing the transaction. One should ensure that these numbers are clearly visible on the card.
