Register for Internet Banking service
Customer has to get registered for internet banking service by visiting the site at www.hsbc.co.in and clicking on Register for Personal Internet Banking link.
Customer should have any one of the following in order to get registered for internet banking.
16 digit Credit Card Number & 6 digit Credit Card ATM PIN
16 digit ATM/Debit Card Number & 6 digit ATM PIN
10 digit Personal Banking Number & 6 digit Phone Banking PIN
Customer can get register either with your HSBC PhoneBanking Number, Debit Card or Credit Card Number, ATM, and PIN.
Register for online Bill Payment
Customers are required to get billers registered before beginning to make payments online. HSBC internet banking service provides Bill Payments Service through Internet Banking. Customers can also setup their payment schedules in advance for automatically processing the payments on the scheduled dates.
Customers can register their billers via Pay Bills option available with HSBC internet banking. Customers are required to select their city from the list of billers available via Bill Payments service of online@hsbc. After selecting the city, customer can add every biller to his/her personal biller list. For this, one has to click on the Pay Bills option and then Add Biller option. Customers are required to provide their consumer reference number with the billers for registration.
After successful registration, customers will receive an email on their email address regarding the confirmation that biller registration has been completed. After receiving the confirmation email, customers can begin paying their bills.
Online Recharge
Customers can go to the relevant mobile operator website and select HSBC Bank as the option for Netbanking. Customer is required to enter his/her User id, Login Password provided by the bank for completing the Online Recharge transaction with HSBC Bank
